Delivered primarily online, the program includes bi-monthly coaching sessions, short-feedback check-ins via an app, and constructive reviews of written materials. Typically spanning 3 to 6 months, our coaching uses experiential learning and accountability to help you move faster and more confidently in the complex Chinese business environment.

Delivery
Our coaching program has been designed to be delivered 100% online. Regular in-person professional executive coaching is possible based on the location of both parties.
- 1:1 coaching sessions twice a month.
- Questionnaire via app: for short feedback in between (fair use).
- Feedback on written material following the coaching (fair use).
Duration
The average duration of our coaching trajectory varies between 3 to 6 months, depending on Goal setting & progress made.
Our coaching provides a highly individualized, feedback-rich development that includes intense, personalized coaching. During our coaching we make use of an interactive, hands-on format using experiential learning to prepare you to take action. Therefore, it is important that you identify your personal focus areas and reflect on goals you want to set for your coaching journey.
For goal setting and measuring progress we use the GROW model, which includes the following stages: Growth – Reality – Obstacles – Options – Way Forward.
G – Goal
The Goal is the end point, where you want to be. The goal has to be defined in such a way that it is very clear to you when you have achieved it.
R – Reality
The current Reality is where you are now. What are the issues, the challenges, how far are you away from their goal?
O – Obstacles
There will be Obstacles stopping you getting from where you are now to where you want to go. If there were no Obstacles you would already have reached their goal.
O – Options
Once Obstacles have been identified, you need to find ways of dealing with them if they are to make progress. These are the Options.
W – Way Forward
The Options then need to be converted into action steps which will take you to your goal. These are the Way Forward. The “W” of GROW can also include When and by Whom and the Will (or intention or commitment) to do it.
Steps in the coaching process:
Matching
Based on your personal expectations and preferences we will provide you with a fitting recommendation for an executive coach.
Initial session with your executive coach to discuss the assessments and Individual Development Plan
You prepare for your first coaching session by reflecting on your coaching goals. Next, you refine your coaching goals together with your coach and decide on milestones, action plans, exercises and learnings.
Confidential executive coaching on a mutually agreed schedule
During the execution of the coaching plan, you will become fully immersed in the coaching process in order to achieve the best results. You will carry out exercises and tasks in between the sessions.
Regular evaluation of progress made focused on key performance criteria
Together we regularly assess your personal achievements and the progress made in your focus areas. Together we check off tasks and activities as completed while setting new ones as you go.
